Complimentary Drink: Fruit Punch

Provide Free: Complete buffet layout with tables, table cloth and skirting. All food served in warmers. Serviettes, plates, cups, forks, spoons, chilli, ketchup, BBQ Skewers, BBQ Tongs, BBQ Brush, Butter, Oil and garbage bags provided. Their transportation fee is $35.00.

The renting of the ECP BBQ pit is $20.00.

So guys, do bring money, bring at least $20 with you. We need you guys to buy drinks too, so $20 should be enough. =)

The menu above is $15.00 per person (min 25 pax). So yes, we need 25 people for this to come true. so 4FORGIVENESS, PERSUADE THE NAMES YOU SEE NOT ON THE ATTENDANCE.

And the people in attendance list below is CONFIRMED (if not changed by saturday). You can't change your mind last minute. YOU WILL STILL NEED TO PAY THE MONEY. I'm serious.
