If you have not collected your School Grad Cert and year book, this is how they look like..

Sch Grad Cert.

School Grad Cert includes your O Levels cert, your testimonial, CCA points etc.

So do remember to collect it if you have not!

Leaving Certificate

Hey people, if you see this, please be reminded that you're supposed to collect your leaving certificate from Chung Cheng High School, starting from the 25th of March.

Where: CCHMS General Office
When: 25th and after. Dont think it'll be opened on weekends. Latest time to collect it in the day will be 4 plus in the afternoon.
What to bring: Your I.C.

From what i know, you'll be receiving your year book as well.

Really could not stand the old skin anymore.
